Take a scroll through @taraskitchen75, and you’ll find there’s no shortage of healthy recipe inspiration. But we think breakfast is where Tara really comes into her own. This recipe uses traditional oats, grated apple and maple syrup with our Good Hemp Milk to make delicious overnight oats. “With a little forward thinking, you can make a breakfast that is ready the moment you hop out of bed. A no-fuss breakfast is exactly what I need when I have to get out of the door in a flash.”

Place the oats, maple syrup, grated apple and Good Hemp Milk in a large bowl. Stir together, cover in cling film and place in the fridge overnight.


Heat the blackberries with one teaspoon of sugar until they start to release their juices. Take off the heat and cool completely.


In the morning, stir in two tablespoons of the yoghurt and 1 tbsp of hemp seeds and serve with the cooked blackberries, rose petals and a drizzle of maple syrup.


Feel free to change up your toppings: add nuts, more seeds or honey!
