What you’ll need:
- 100ml Good Hemp Milk
- 1 tbsp Good Hemp Oil
- 30g Good Hemp Seed
- 150g unpopped popcorn
- 100g butter
- 100g dark brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- In a large pan, heat the Good Hemp Oil over a medium heat and add in the popcorn. Place a lid over the pan and leave until there are 5 second-long intervals between pops, then remove rom the heat and set aside.
- In a separate pan, add the butter and heat until melted. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved, and finally add the Good Hemp Milk. Leave to bubble until the caramel is thick and glossy. Add the sea salt at this point.
- Pour the caramel over the popcorn and quickly stir to combine, then sprinkle over the Good Hemp Seed and serve whilst still warm.
