Good Hemp Porridge

Good Hemp Milk makes delicious porridge! The creamy, nutty flavour works really well with the oats, and unlike soya, hemp milk can be used in cooking without its flavour or consistency being affected. You can customise this recipe by adding other fruits such as blueberries, bananas, dates or raisins. The porridge is also delicious topped with coconut or a drizzle of maple syrup.

What you’ll need:

  • 1 litre Good Hemp Milk Original
  • 2 tbsp Good Hemp Seed Hearts
  • 200g porridge oats
  • 2 apples, cored and sliced into chunks
  • 1 heaped tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Add the oats and the Good Hemp Milk Original to a saucepan along with the pinch of salt.
  2. Cook over a medium heat and once the milk begins to boil, add in the sliced apples and cinnamon. Continue to cook, whilst stirring, for 5 minutes or until the oats are cooked.
  3. Spoon into bowls and top with Good Hemp Seed Hearts.
