Good Hemp Overnight Oats

A great idea for breakfast if you are in a rush in the morning - you simply prepare everything the night before! This recipe is high in protein and will give you the fuel you need for the day. In addition, Good Hemp Milk works really well with the oats with its deliciously creamy and nutty flavour. You can vary the recipe and add other fruits, nuts, or sweeten it up with some honey. These oats are supposed to be eaten cold but you can heat them up in the microwave for a few seconds just to take the chill off.

What you’ll need:

  • 100ml Good Hemp Milk Original
  • 1 tbsp Good Hemp Seed Hearts
  • 40g oats
  • a few drops of vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp raisins

Method:

  1. Place all the ingredients, except the Good Hemp Seed Hearts into a plastic container with a lid or a jar. Stir in the ingredients thoroughly and store in the fridge overnight.
  2. In the morning remove from the fridge and sprinkle with the Good Hemp Seed Hearts.
